The Schneider Electric Acti9 iID is a modular and reliable double terminal residual current circuit breaker (RCCB). It is designed for two-pole operation with a rated current of 40A and an earth leakage sensitivity of 100mA. This AC type protection device ensures safety by preventing electrical shocks from indirect contact and minimizing fire hazards by disconnecting the electrical circuit during earth faults. It features a unique Visitrip indicator for easy identification of the faulty device and a VisiSafe window for verifying full pole opening, facilitating downstream maintenance. The product complies with EN/IEC 61008-1 standards, offering a breaking and making short circuit capacity of 1500A and a conditional short circuit current of 10kA. It is durable with electrical and mechanical endurance of up to 15,000 and 20,000 cycles respectively. Suitable for DIN rail mounting, the RCCB is compact and lightweight, measuring 36mm in width, 91mm in height, and 73mm in depth, with a weight of 0.21kg. It provides IP20/IP40 protection and operates efficiently across a temperature range of -5C to 60C.
